Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of the refund.

If you are approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.

So contact the credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially registered.

So contact your bank. Often it takes some time for a refund to be posted.

If you have done all this and have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only normal priced items can be refunded, unfortunately the items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail and send your article to our address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, you will be sent a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the donor received the order to be delivered to yourself for later delivery, we will send a refund to the donor and he will be informed of your return.

Shipment

To return the product, you must send the product to us by post.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
